Safety Couplings
These inexpensive SAFETY couplings are designed to protect the proppeller, motor, speed controller of model boats. Simple in design and even simpler to install, the SAFETY coupling has in-built Shear Pins, that, in the event of the propeller becoming fouled, the pins will snap, thus allowing the motor to run free without the fear of over-load to the electrics and / or electronics.
Pondside replacement of the shear-pin is both simple and cheap.
